Mash Tun Conversion Project

This is the 200 gallon unit that will be slightly modified with a mandoor and a false bottom AND a mandoor fopr viewing and sealing atop the tank. The agistator gould be of use...I hope so. Getting one step closer. This is what we are building. We hgave acquired the main mash tun and are preparing to build with it and customize the mandoor top and bottom. We have also just expended an incredible ampount of time and energy removing the motor from the top than is used to mix contents and agitate so that we could fit it into the storage facility. We are excited to have the materials and this acquisition is a bif step in the right direction. We will be placing the brewery in O'Rothlain's Cooperative Farmers Market in Spokane, Washington when the equipment checklist is complete.
